1. Do I need to open an account to shop?

3. How can I order?

Add the product you want to buy to your cart, after completing your shopping, go to your cart and click "Proceed to Payment" and fill in your personal information. Your order will be completed after you make your payment.

5. How much shipping fee will I pay?

Shipping is free for your orders. The shipping fee is determined as 50 TL only for orders placed with the Cash on Delivery option.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can make changes or cancel your order by contacting us before it is shipped.

7. I have a discount code, how can I use it?

If a discount code is defined for you, there is a special input field on the payment page where you can use this code.

8. How can I find out if my order has been confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can check the status of your order in "My Account".

9. When will my shipment arrive?

From the time the cargo leaves our warehouse, delivery is made within 1-3 business days for the Domestic Cargo option and within 3-7 business days for the PTT Cargo option.

10. I want to get information about returns and exchanges?

13.1. In the product you purchased; You can exchange it for the same or different product or size you want, provided that the product has not lost its resellability and has not been used. Return shipping and re-shipping shipping costs during the exchange belong to the buyer. The exchange period is 3 business days after you receive the product.

13.2. Due to special production and delicate models, non-defective evening dresses, wedding dresses and designer products cannot be returned. The product can be exchanged provided that it has not lost its resellability and has not been used.

13.3. Stained, thread pulled, fabric torn, etc. It is possible to return a damaged, defective or incomplete Product/Service within 3 business days following the delivery of the product, provided that it has not been used and the label has not been removed. The return shipping fee for such defective products belongs to the seller.

13.4. Within 14 (fourteen) days following the exercise of the right of return, the amounts subject to the Agreement are returned to the Buyer using the Buyer's payment method. When returning the Product/Service to the Seller, the original invoice submitted to the Buyer during the delivery of the Product/Service must also be returned by the Buyer. If the Buyer requests a corporate invoice, he must issue a return invoice for the relevant Product/Service return or, if possible, reject the commercial invoice from his own systems within the time limit.

13.5. Exchange, refund requests and other notifications regarding the Agreement must be made through the Seller's communication channels specified on the Platform, in accordance with the legislation and within the time limit.

11. I don't have a Credit Card, how can I pay?

If you do not use a credit card, you can make money transfer & EFT via banks or pay in cash by selecting Cash on Delivery.
