You do not have to create an account to shop. However, if you create an account, you can easily complete your future purchases without entering your information again.

Add the product you want to buy to your cart, then after completing your shopping, go to your cart and click the "Proceed to Payment" option, fill in your personal information. Your order will be completed after you make the payment.
You can make a payment using one of the options: Credit Card, Bank Transfer & EFT, or Cash on Delivery.

Shipping is free on your orders. A shipping fee of 50 TL applies only to orders placed with the Cash on Delivery option.
If you contact us before your order is shipped, you can make changes or cancel it.
If a discount code has been assigned to you, there is a special input field on the payment page where you can use this code.
After your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can check the status of your order in the "My Account" section.
Delivery takes place within 1-3 business days for the Yurtiçi Kargo option and within 3-7 business days for the PTT Kargo option from the time the cargo leaves our warehouse.
13.1. The purchased product can be exchanged for the same or a different product or size, provided that it has not lost its resale condition and has not been used. Shipping costs for return and reshipment during the exchange are the responsibility of the buyer. The exchange period is 3 business days from the date the product is received.
13.2. Returns are not accepted for special production and delicate models such as evening dresses, wedding dresses, and designer products that are not defective. Exchanges can be made provided the product has not lost its resale condition and has not been used.
13.3. Products/Services that are stained, have pulled threads, fabric tears, or other damage, defects, or missing parts can be returned within 3 business days following delivery, provided they have not been used and the tags have not been removed. For such defective products, the return shipping cost is covered by the seller.
13.4. Within 14 (fourteen) days following the exercise of the right of return, the amounts subject to the contract are refunded to the buyer using the buyer’s payment method. When returning the Product/Service to the seller, the original invoice presented to the buyer at the time of delivery must also be returned by the buyer. If the buyer requests a corporate invoice, the seller must issue a return invoice for the relevant Product/Service return or, if possible, reject the commercial invoice in their system within the allowed period.
13.5. Exchange and return requests and other notifications related to the contract must be made through the seller’s communication channels specified on the Platform, in accordance with the legislation and within the specified time frame.
If you do not use a credit card, you can make a money transfer via banks or pay cash by choosing Cash on Delivery.
